My husband Steve, and I, comprise The Garland Team! We specialize in Cherokee, North Fulton, and Western Forsyth Counties. My previous career in commercial real estate investments can often give me an edge when it comes to negotiating for buyers. I have also built homes, so I understand building code and construction practices.
I especially enjoy working with people who have dogs or horses, and are looking for estate properties or just enough land so they don’t know what their neighbors ate for breakfast. Many of my clients are retired couples or individuals who are looking for a great new home in Cherokee County and often gain wonderful tax savings.
My husband Steve and I have lived in SE Cherokee for over 20 years. Out two adult daughters graduated from Sequoyah High School before going on to college and careers. Outside of real estate Steve and I enjoy training, hunting and competing in the show ring and agility ring with our dogs.
